Refund Policy

Customers must keep proof of the return tracking number when shipping back their returns since Nodolakstore is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages. The processing of refunds may take up to 7 business days to show on the customer's account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
In the case of misprinted, damaged, or defective items caused by Nodolakstore's production or transportation, Nodolakstore will provide a full refund. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, the customer will receive a full refund. Likewise, if an order is canceled before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund. If parcels are lost in transit, Nodolakstore will issue a full refund to cover the loss, and if an updated address is confirmed, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs. Customers who provide the wrong address when placing an order and fail to contact Nodolakstore to change it will be responsible for all losses. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not be refunded.


How will customers get the return label?
1.For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier.
In the box shipped to the customer
2.For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
